Metamask isn’t perfect in estimating during times of high congestion. You should set the highest fee and up your gwei and gas limit slightly or just fucking wait for the network to cool off if 150$ makes you rage

All txs that are canceled on my metamask are still pending when i check uniswap. Its been like this for a day. I missed nice dips and i "bought" YFV for $47 which is now over 70bux. do you aboslute niggers not understand that the gas limit is the computation wrok youre asking the miner to do and the gas price is the price per unit of computation? These defi tx have a lot of changes to the blockchain with variables and operations so are expensive. If you set 900k gas limit and the miner sees "weve used up 850k so far, and theres no way im gonna do all the work your tx requires with the remaining 50k youve allwoed for me, im gonna revert it all", he will still charge you for the work you made him do.

no retard, a standard sending eth tx is a few dollars even at these gas fees. And it will only cost exactly how much you are prepared to pay. If everyone else is prepared to pay more, then miners wont process your tx

Here’s a pro tip to not fail transactions: look at the contracts last transaction that succeeded and copy its gas/limit values for your own
