Only up is an AMPL-HEX Hybrid.

OnlyUP is based on Ampleforth-like rate oracles and price awareness. However, OnlyUp has no rebases, and instead it's geared towards accrual of as much value as possible and locking negative price action. This architecture creates a HEX-like positive feedback loop.
