You can see txs and you can descramble them but if you use the api, it literally just has two numbers, a number for the person and a number of tokens and it's impossible to guess who that person is for that number. Literally impossible.
Then I look at this bullshit - ethplorer.io
And it gives me totally wrong numbers. They said 10 mil tokens but I can't find the rest of the tokens and MY ADDRESS DOES NOT SHOW UP THERE.
