Also, users can stake their token for different number of days and get dividends and stake points which can reduce the house edge.

You've got your head in the wrong space. I mean I personally like the concept but people like the general vibe of casino's-they like to touch, hear and see things hence their popularity.
Whilst this may not cause traditional casino's to go bankrupt,the trend will be so slow that neither parties will see a downsize in their sales as the industry itself will continue to grow.

I lost 6 or 7 BTC in an online casino.

The virus isn't a real threat and I'd much rather go to a nice place with drinks and frens and pretty waitresses to gamble. Who the fuck wants to watch a digital roulette wheel over a real one. I'm not really into gambling and have never been to a casino, but I at least think about going to one some day as a bucket list thing because it's chuck e cheese for old people.
