I diversified into SQQQ

I'm up over 60% this week on this Australian AI company called Brainchip. Genuinely think they are going to be absolutely huge in the future but my gains are so big that I really don't want to lose them.
The problem with the company is they have no commercialised their product, but they recently announced a partnership with NASA and some Japanese AI company.
Should I sell or keep holding?
