I expect that there will be two pumps: one very soon that will pump to 3 dollars to shake out salty 2017 bagholders and then waaay later a pump to 20 dollars.
The drop is not december 12th. That is when the snapshot happens. Drop will probably be within a month of that though.
I would expect the drop to happen half a year later so they can redistribute unclaimed tokens.
