It's in real time, just up to you when you withdraw them. Withdrawing interacts with a smart contract so it's a gas fee but won't matter with how much you can make.

I'm not larping but I may be wrong. I've been reading through the BZRX telegram and apparently the rewards ARE accruing, but we can't see them yet. So I guess we just have to trust the team on this one. I'm highly, highly suspicious at this point though.
