It is staking automatically if you are holding it in the wallet. You get the same 12% as binance. I would just leave it on Binance so you can swing and grow your stack.

I think there are holding rewards and staking rewards. Staking rewards are 20-30%pa. Holding rewards 12%.
I have no clue what staking is technically, but I want those sweet 20-30% rewards.
