It's got solid institutional backing trying to recreate something like the MPESA system for countries at risk of hyperinflation, there's a problem to be solved and the demand exists. If they can pull it off by getting adoption (they're doing things like having 7mobile give away a million phones with it preloaded) you're looking at a product that is driven by daily usage rather than speculation. I'm not a huge fan of it being an ERC-20 token but otherwise it looks good.

rsr is the governance token for rsv, (not 100% sure on exact details) but when price goes above or below, rsr is used to keep rsv at a stable 1$ price.
