details about the token swap have not been announced yet, however you will have a wide window to do it, team is also working on securing new exchanges listings for main net so you would be able to swap through them
sentinel will have its own wallet in which you will be able to hold and stake SENT tokens, it will be bundled together with the V3 dVPN client which will also allow direct third party integration, and a much better UI.

sentinel is not hosting the nodes themselves so they aren't liable, also they have built the relay net so normal users will be fully protected, dat centers will just have to answer thr usual dmca request which is normal for them
