RNDR already threatened by dRAY - 20m mc vs 450k mc / 300k Supply

Absolute fucking gold. I hope ya'll are getting in early on this gem, shit is going to go parabolic once it's actually found out.

Twitter beef in that photo and an update below:

With d.RAY we seek to allow people all over the world to use our rendering engine to produce 3D imagery from their projects whilst being able to make full use of a decentralized peer-to-peer network that allows for the outsourcing of computing power culminating in distributed rendering.

This is a large industry and, we have expected some backlash from the top companies in the space. We got the first sign and so we move with our contigency plan. That is, we'll be from now be publicly addressing d.ray with open source solutions despite its greater capabilities to interact with other softwares. We will refrain from speaking from any kind of perceived "competitors". However, our engine can do what it can do, and we're constantly improving it.

Nothing is stopping us on the road to decentralized and distributed rendering.

We'll grab this opportunity to do a couple more unrelated announcements that we had planned for the time our marketing strategy would be launched.

1. We have been planning for a redesign of our site. We'll take this opportunity to do so. Please bear with us as we make this change.

2. Effective immediately we are suspending the mint function, as recent tests allowed us to reach the conclusion that the amount of 300000 d.RAYs (initial supply) will be sufficient to meet the needs of the platform as it grows. The remaining tokens held by the owner wallet will be distributed in the market using the same curve function as the previous. This shall be updated on our tokenomics page when we do our website update. Distribuition by d.RAY is therefore halted until we make the new curve available.

3. We will be taking new beta testers next week week. We'll have a subcription form that beta testers will have to fill and this page should be available in the coming days.

That's it folks,

Thanks for sticking with us,

d.RAY Team

Also they're going to update logo/icon of d.RAY once they are listed on coingecko/fix up the website. I'm not too sure but i believe they mentioned they'll take submissions for a new one.

Biz i'm being serious when i say don't sleep on this, this is your chance of being ACTUALLY early.

Ill put some tomorrow cuz i want to bet agais t RNDR

honestly, read those tweets. Self righteous cunts lmfao

Moonshot

Someone posted about Dray yesterday when it was $0.30 and it fell off the page in like 20 minutes. Anyone who bought would have 10x'd by now.

self righteous cunts for sure, but isnt RNDR still the superior product with greater partnerships and much more in the works already? Whats dRays, current MC. Not sure which to pick

Dray MC is under 1 million. Hard to give an exact number because it's s jumping around right now. 1 million MC would be $3.33 per coin. RNDR is a lot higher, like 8 million I think, so there is more upside with Dray. I'm not buying at these prices though, it'll definitely come down soon. Nothing goes up this much this fast without correcting.

definitely true, RNDRs isnt that much higher though considering I could see it pulling a decent MC, atleast x10. Just curious because was interested in buying a stack of RNDR today. What would you say?

This is the next XRT like moonshot.
First everyone thought its a scam, now slowly the gem hunters are waking up on DRAY and realize these guys have built a legit product.

I got in Dray at 30 cents and I sold my whole stack on the way up. Waiting for it to come down to buy back in. I don't know enough about RNDR to put any money down.

rndr mc is in the 20m area, at least at yesterday’s prices

wrong numbers sir. RNDR is almost a 20 mil mcap.
And also don't be too sure that it will come down again. I have seen what has happened with XRT from $2.50. Jumped to $10. everybody thought is has to come down, but it didn't. it kept on pumping to $50 within a few days only.

you have made the same mistake as the guys who sold XRT at $10.

Maybe. I still did a 10x. I've never lost money taking profits.

It's funny how all of these shitcoins are trying to catch up with a small portion of what iExec does. Kek. You had 19 years.

Lmao your dev is too focused on trannies.

I haven't even seen a working iexec product yet?

Plenty if you look hard enough

These guys did have a YT vid up on their website of a working product but are creating a new one i believe.

iExec can do its thing and this can do its thing.

it gets better.
"Dear d.RAY Community,

It is our understanding that emerging markets have moments of high volume which are often succeeded by moments of very low volume. This cyclical nature of the market seems to be true for almost all market we've seen.

In the past few days, we've seen decreasing trading volume on our network token. We take it as something very natural as we accept the above.

With that said, our application to Coingecko failed on the basis of low liquidity and low volume. We do however fail to accept this as a valid excuse when it's easily verifiable that newly listed Coingecko tokens have inferior metrics than d.RAY.

Therefore we kindly ask the community to help us expose this hypocritical double standard. The visibility would benefit our project and we stand in awe at the amount of resistance we're already having to face with our project. We feel it's stirring some pots.

Thank you,

d.RAY Team"

bump

some community members are already on it and coingecko shaun has already joined the tg to get it dealt with. likely only a misunderstanding.

this token represents a service yes? suppose to save rendertime and cost right yes?

why would we invest in that?
why would we invest in that?
why would we invest in that?

Who is going to use this fucking service if you have 16 old neets hoarding and jacking up the prices so no developer can fucking use it because the prices are too high,

/biz 2020
>Let's speculate on discount coupons.

Because that is what RNDR is... a digital representation of a coupon that allows you to save cost and time on rendering.

It will be used for hosting nodes aswell so when it becomes full decentralized, there are incentives paid to people who host nodes.

Why would the price be too high? If the value of the token rises the amount of tokens required to render set amount of work decreases. Doesn't need to be genius to understand it, but takes a retard not to understand it.

I actually think dray dev has mentioned something about this, i think someone asked about the file hosting and whatnot and they mentioned sia and iexec. dev said they looked at those solutions and said they were implementing their own. they also talked about moving to a faster chain down the line when ethereum starts affecting performance. and if i remember correctly, dev mentioned polkadot or hedera, can't recall right

Prices become too votatile, making it unsuitable for businesses, who need to know in advance ballpark figure of the cost.
Otoy will deploy a P.E.D Price Elasticity of Demand/Supply model to keep prices in equilibrium making it a fucking stable coin.

The reason why Bitcoin isn't accepted as money or legal tender is due to volatility.

if the service is fast enough volatility isn't a big issue i think.
