I think the biggest mistake a boss can do is praise me.
As soon as I'm praised I start slacking off. The other day I was given a task (writing a bot that consumes data and feeds a database) and delivered in 2 days, was praised a lot, now I take my time and deliver in 1 week or more even though it's simple shit. They should've said nothing and given me a bonus.
