I’m noticing that Vitalik often makes disingenuous statements masked with sophistry. This is similar to the time with Sergey when during a discussion on the use of oracles he intentionally misinterpreted Sergey’s point and said that oracles aren’t needed for cross chain communication and you can use merkle trees. Sergey couldn’t respond cause he’s not technical. However, Goldfeder on the other hand:
