In case you don’t know, CBDCs are launching on permissioned chains, not fucking Ethereum. They will interoperate with all chains connected to Quant, which will include Ethereum for some limited use cases.
Ethereum is a bit player in the interoperability space. As is Polkadot. Quant is the only project to have solved interoperability.

Good point but using overledger directly affects freedom of transactions. I think it has high potential to do an xrp run where crypto maxis hate it but ultimately I don’t think it will be an adequate solution.
