Private security contractor in static duty, in some shithole country. Scroll 8 hours of biz a day, shoot a few ragheads now and then, get paid a lot. Cons: you might die.
Finance major then day trade for yourself
Scratch off lottery tickets
NEET
Applied math, finance minor. Take one Actuary exam your sophomore year and you're set for an internship the summer between your junior and senior year. There's a 99%chance they'll hire you for full time job if you aren't a complete dumb fuck.
Based
jannie / bachelors of science in biz janitorial services, because I heard they make a shit ton of money
B.S. CS in CAS
TEFL in China
Easy job
Easy girls
Easy to save money
Lot's of travel opportunities.
Why bother getting a finance degree for that lol
Only problem is you need to dedicate all your free time to coding, they will not hire you if you don't know a language.
Anything STEM if you're set on the college route, otherwise you're getting scammed.
It depends on completely on what you like doing and what you find easy.

a meme, coming from someone three years into a degree
High school diploma, Chainlink whale. I basically did an EE degree for fun though only to discover the utter cluelessness of modern science. Their heads are so far up their own asses they don't even know where their fields came from originally.

Maturbation and MMO game theory
None desu. I fell for the computer science degree meme and it was basically worthless. Everything I needed to know for jobs, I learned on my own. Working alongside trannies, faggots, and immigrants was exhausting so now I'm a NEET and just trade shitcoins all day. Life is better than ever.
what is our price target in 2021?
how is that shit cozy?
patent law can be cozy for like 5 hours of work you can make 2k
>STEM
dumb meme
Based. I almost fell for the comp sci meme but didn't feel like doing the math. I'm doing business admin. and finance now, is that comfy?
>S
mostly shit tier lab tech research positions. Enjoy being poor and academically cucked without a phd. Obviously CS are outliers

Wtf is "technology"? Like technologist? Aka being paid half of what engineers make to do the real work debugging and testing their shit
> E
The good one as long as you don't chose a field that put you in exile [ECE / Software masterrace reporting]
>M
They have a chance if they actually apply their understandings to data science or algorithm design. Without application, a math major is fucked
Get a finance degree. Take out student loans. Use loans as starting capital
Engineering. Got my degree last year. Holy fuck, who knew getting a EE job right before covid meant getting 73k a year to play vidya and day trade all day.
Based but I'd need to pay it back assuming they don't default in the next ten years
You don’t have to pay while you are enrolled. So you have 4 years to master trading. Just do the minimum to get Cs (don’t flunk out), start with very small amounts, once you have like 100 trades and a positive return, then you can use more capital. Then you’re off to the moon.
What subfield?
Yes but I'm literally fucked if I lose it
Well just do 100 small trades (like $100 acct) before even enrolling, and use proper risk management. And if you can’t figure it out then it’s not for you
>Major in Penile Fluid Dynamics
>Minor in kneepad development engineering
Fucking FAGGOT
>Private security contractor in static duty, in some shithole country.
Is there any way to secure this gig aside from military/police experience?
I guess what I'm really asking is "how can I can from software engineering to this the fastest?"
Being a twitch streamer with a small but dedicated viewer base.
I'm day trading right now but getting into debt is a big commitment regardless, I may not be as stupid and willing to take on debt like many others my age, too much Dave Ramsey I guess
>I'm day trading right now but getting into debt is a big commitment regardless, I may not be as stupid and willing to take on debt like many others my age, too much Dave Ramsey I guess
I didn't trade w/debt either. You can get enough starting capital that isn't debt by having some sort of skill/business
Electrical
>fell for the economics meme
just fuck my life up
same homie, got a raise to 79k right as I was sent to wfh in march lel
>just fuck my life up
I think I may have fell for the same meme initially. I thought I would pursue econ and be an economist for an MMORPG (lol), but I switched to CS
Now I just make sure that the buttons that bring in millions stay running. I make just less than the most senior individual contributors at Blizzard, for knowing relatively very little about software engineering
>>fell for the economics meme
How would you summarize the econ meme btw?
I work 6 months out of the year in afghanistan watching drone footage and writing reports on what I see. Make over 6 digits. Rest of the year I'm just a landlord of properties and make money trading crypto. 25 no college.
ya i got a BS in econ from a school known for its econ program
job prospects have been absolute shit, am now trying to teach myself to code with little motivation
