The liquidity tokens are burned permanently and the team tokens (10%) are linearly vested over a year. Expect brainlets to still post about it being a scam, they couldn't read past the first 2 sentences.

Basic replies only give you a Marine whitelist, crafting ChanLink memes or creating a new thread (if there is none already) would grant you a Major rank update allowing you to fund your 1 ETH cap before most people and reducing the risk of having the hardcap filled before you do.

The YOU token is a governance token that's deflationary. This deflation rate is determined by the amount of threads and replies about ChanLink on Zig Forums, but can be easily tweaked through governance where each holder would vote for proposals. For example, projects could partner with ChanLink to temporarily change the burn rate based on their amount of threads instead. Besides, who doesn't want to finally rub hands like a true merchant?

Hey OP. I'm pretty new to crypto overall. What's the difference between the YouToken, YouCrowdsale, and YouVesting contracts? I added YouToken as a custom token to my MetaMask, but I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing.

yes YouToken is the actual token contract, 18 decimals and YOU as the symbol. the YouCrowdsale is the contract that people will send funds to during the sale, and this same contract will send (and lock) the liquidity to uniswap
the YouVesting contract is the contract holding team funds and community incentives YOU tokens so we cannot dump all the stack at once
that's just the usual minor legal protection so the SEC doesn't fuck us hard if they manage to care about us, which we doubt but it's better than nothing

a lot of projects do this because if the coin gets labelled a security (usually that's for very high visibility projs) they could come after them. some even block american IPs but I'm an american and plan to send eth, idgaf about that shit
