I recently inherited a lot and rummaged through a bunch of my old stuff, I’ve surprisingly found a lot of rare and expensive things, games like Chrono Trigger, FF3, other SNES games, all kinds of other collectible crap.
I also have a half of this set, which is insane that anyone would willing pay near 100 grand for these kinda cards but there ya go.
What random crap have you found or collected from the past and now has value?

Those cards are graded, and graded quite highly I might add, that alone makes them worth a lot more than ungraded. If you really want to maximize your value on cards you have to get them graded and hope they grade highly when they go over them with high-definition magnifying glasses.
Found this while cleaning out my garage, was offered $85 for it on ebay

Honestly I’m missing the best part of the set, the Exodias and Blue eyes, however I’ve kept all the cards in a binder for 20 years nearly, untouched so they’re in great condition. I’m thinking if I’m lucky maybe I get a grand for each half set.

It might not be legit but check out TCG and other card sites, these 1st edition Yu gi oh cards of the 1st sets are legit, you’ll get a pretty penny if you have some, most 4channers that played card games probably have some.

But I grew up on pacman and asteroids and qbert so even that's pretty new to me. Remember pacman watches? swatch? the first vans? your first Atari or Commodor or TI? Playing Star Trek or Oregon Trail at home and that was the coolest thing ever?
