I had a look at that stock, the financials are dogshit.
Your really going to struggle to find any decent sub $50 mil projects at this point lads. The cats out of the bag.

Here come the debt-obsessors again. Too frightened to anticipate the greatest silver bull market in history by taking on the slightest bit of risk.

I suspect this to be the next catalyst for the dollars next leg down, and by extension, gold's next leg up.google.com /amp /s /www.marketwatch.com /amp /story /china-warns-of-serious-damage-to-us-relations-if-economic-meeting-with-taiwan-isnt-canceled-2020-09-14 If China starts dumping American debt as a political tool, then the Fed will no no choice but to up the ante.

My portfolio is 80% balls to the wall risk, with the most Fundementally solid lowcap projects I know of in Silver/Gold mining, and a few crypto projects(it is naive to think crypto isn't the future, just as it's naive to not see the inherent value in precious metals)
The problem with Bayhorse is that it simply has too many current liabilities that it can't pay off with its current assets. I'm not a business genius, so I don't know how they will overcome this without diluting stock.
If I had the disposable income I would have no problems buying BHS but as of now I have to allocate my capital carefully. As an alternative I think Tinka resources offers a very good risk:reward ratio, although at triple the MC.
