>These new permissioned chains will look very different from the original versions. To make public decentralized chains, such as Ethereum, permissioned, BSN will only allow its designated operators to build and operate nodes, where dapps verify on-chain transactions and store data. The network will block all peer-to-peer fee transactions and require its users to use renminbi instead of Ethereum “gas” to cover fees for building and running dapps on chain.
When will you realize all crypto is useless chainlink only goes up because of our joint meditation
now start believing in $30 EOM
Jaxson Thomas
Holy shit holy based
Levi Martinez
uhh this sounds bullish for chainlink nightmarish for the public, though better that china be forced to integrate itself into the crypto community rather than the other way around
Adrian Mitchell
>bullish for chainlink not for its token
Isaiah Anderson
chainlink isn't a blockchain
Camden Gray
BSN runs on Chainlink, retard.
Brandon Scott
In what way does this kill chainlink? Brainlet
Bentley Bennett
tbqh link is dead. XRP is where all the meme energy is now
Luis Johnson
I really can’t tell if you faggots are fucking around, or you’re genuinely retarded enough to think xrp is a good investment
Liam Ross
meming about xrp being the center of meme energy is *an* area of meme energy, perhaps
Bentley Howard
they will run their own forked chainlink nodes and yuan will be used to pay for queries. you are the brainlets.
Nolan Russell
Nice fanfic you nigger
Andrew Peterson
read the article
Oliver King
with the aggressively expansionist policies of china, this is terrible for the entire space, not just chainlink.
Elijah Hill
They will have wrapped link just like Binance chain. Won’t matter if everything is paid in digital Renminbi. Whatever Link is used for the BSN permissioned chain will get locked in an ethereum contract to create the wrapped link for BSN
Zachary Cooper
Where exactly does it say that bsn is going to fork chainlink you fag
Ian Richardson
you are either extremely naive or delusional if you think china will allow data flowing into smart contracts from sources that aren't controlled by the ccp. this article confirms in. they are the antithesis of decentralization.
Nolan Wilson
That's exactly why. They'll control the flow of data, so they'll run their own nodes/adapters, but they want outside data. It's the same with Github, Github isn't censored in China because they want access to open-source projects (to copy and chink).
Thomas Cox
>you are either extremely naive or delusional if you think china will allow data flowing into smart contracts from sources that aren't controlled by the ccp Imagine thinking china has any power in crypto whatsoever. If they really cared about that shit why the fuck would they use chainlink in the first place? Again, go write your fanfic somewhere else you filthy gook loving faggot
Jordan Richardson
What about my response says the data will flow in from outside sources.? The wrapped link will be used for staking and payment/penalties for the nodes delivering data on the BSN permissions chains. Those nodes operators will likely be chosen by the CCP controlling what the data is.
The wrapped link token would have nothing to do with the actually data, it is just the payment system.
Elijah Myers
Chinks already tried to bring down link in a hack. Who will be the first to put BSN out of business? Who will immortalize themselves in Link Lore as the first great chink killer?
do you know what the great firewall is? are you aware of the extent of internet control in china? i hope you're right, but i can't see china adopting the main networks of any crypto projects. i think they will just fork and assimilate anything they find useful and force payment with their native currency. it's what china does with everything.
Tyler Roberts
>gook loving faggot didn't see this before and i want to be very clear - i fucking hate china and everything about their policies. not sure how you could think otherwise after reading what i've said.
John Collins
yeah sir gay already said that any nodes participants must be inside Chinese territories and they will use wrapped linkies to fulfil this geo-barrier while exchanging in digital ching chong monopoly "money"
Jace Long
Yes I've been to china and it's very easy to get a vpn and provided to don't go antiChina they usually ignore you but say something bad about China online and they will come down on you like a great frenzy of bugs
Wyatt Lopez
Big brained comment right here
Ethan Perry
you're not understanding me correctly but you're almost there. china controls information flows on the internet and they squash all data that is critical or offensive to the CCP. if there are decentralized nodes feeding any data from the outside world into smart contracts that are used in their national infrastructure, they wouldn't control the flow of information sufficiently. they MUST control the flow of data into these smart contracts, just like they control the flow of data into their citizens' homes. the only way to do that is if they control the oracle nodes and approve of what flows through them.
yeah bro I get you and they'll probably have a central coordinator somewhere in there or were you delusional enough to think that decentralized meant something other than nepotism in China? they're going to get cousins and friends to vet certain critical data coming into and out of China but this is more about making domestic interactions more efficient. The Great Firewall will have a great oracle wall on it before engaging with the rest of the world in short: never trust the yellow man
Carson Gomez
so they make their own nodes and only use those, not that complicated. this is seperate from the token being used which is a built in mechanism on the network itself. its like saying they wont use gas in their cars because theyll build their own highways
Hunter Hill
Another one in Chainlink's coffin. I LOVE IT. You linkfucks are approaching your final months on biz
Juan Gomez
actually they are saying that they won't need gas because they'll settle in rmb kek
William Baker
>built in mechanism on the network itself not if they fork it to operate otherwise. >its like saying they wont use gas in their cars because theyll build their own highways no it isn't because gas is a naturally scarce resource and digital tokens are artifically scarce and can be programmed away
Jack Morgan
>not if they fork it to operate otherwise. Why do have such a boner for forks? How in the fuck did you get to this conclusion?
Mason Edwards
Wait so what the hell is the point of the system? Can't their legacy internet already do all this centralized shit?
Wyatt Ortiz
>How in the fuck did you get to this conclusion? they have said they will settle in yuan and not the currencies associated with the blockchain networks. keep up please or keep quiet. you're right. there is little point. some redundancy and pseudo-immutability
Ayden Wright
He’s obviously fudding and doing a real bad job at it
Robert Lee
I can’t wait for retards like you to sell
You create a service agreement with a node or set of nodes to fulfill contractual data needs by a contract.
BSN can CHOOSE to use CHINA based nodes running Chainlink. Nothing about Chainlink is “American” or “Western”. It’s a piece of software when run by a node operator can generate income to the node operator.
Chinese chains can simply choose to create service agreements with Chinese node operators
You people are literally retarded I can’t handle biz anymore
Sergey even said this
Josiah Diaz
well by the strict definition of FUD, yes i am very fearful. i think china is an existential threat to the decentralized ideals. i'm not selling and won't be for a long time. this is just the china front. chainlink and other blockchain networks will still be okay in the western world.
Jacob Torres
These anons get it Nobody on Zig Forums supports CCP bullshit but the fact remains that Chinese CL nodes for Chinese oracle solutions still creates demand for Link, even if nobody in China ever gets to remove Link from a node and can only withdraw digital renminbi Demand is demand. There is a fixed supply of Link, and the hungrier Chinese companies are for Link VRF, data feeds, etc., the higher the price of my Linkies
