First round of community nodes got onboarded in the beginning of this month, second round coming now. I don't believe mainnet to go fully live just after 10 test nodes, though you could argue that the relaunch has already happened in a sense.. I expect more nodes being added in the coming weeks with higher frequency though. Until then, comfy collecting 50 litties/day from staking and buying the dips. We're all gonna make it gentlemen.
I need this to moon ASAP to cheer me up, so pissed for selling my UNI too early.

Yes they said it was going to be a phased launch. So they are kinda launching as we speak, I guess Probably they will add nodes in waves of 5 per 2 weeks until people stop applying or smth and then when we hit 20 next month they'll just put the instructions on how to set up your node online or something. They already said that they have the energy usecase running on the testnet during testing if I'm correct so that does mean that the current load of 65000 txs/day is probably the real load of network usage. Is there a way that we can track the evolution of number of transactions? It would be interesting if the transactions show double digit monthly growth. 65k txs is better than Litecoin or Dogecoin and 10 times more than Zcash. Valuation reminder in picrelated.
Yeah they had like 400 transactions per minute earlier this year. They also have 1.5 million transactions per day as a target for 2020. 65k transactions per day is absolutely not going to be the post mainnet number of transactions.

Doubt. The whitepaper number was based on every household doing 96 txs/day. Once people pointed out that that would mean that the lition energy customers would be paying $30 a month in just transaction costs, the team backpedalled their statement and said that most likely households will be clustered somehow.

The whitepaper was literally revised the day before he said this. Also, assuming that they were using the 96 tx/customer/day to calculate the total number of transactions this would mean they by the end of 2020 they would have planned for ~15k customers (15000 x 100 = 1.5 million). In this Forbes article (forbes.com/sites/alisoncoleman/2019/06/16/the-german-tech-startup-thats-shifting-power-from-the-energy-conglomerates-to-the-consumer/#10a8386665a4) published on the 16th June 2019, they stated their target for the end of 2022 is 235k customers. Do you really think they expected to make only a few thousand more customers in 1 and half years to reach 15k (because they were already in 160 cities), and then in the next 2 years go from 15k to 235k customers? No because that would be stupid. Stop repeating this because it doesn't make any sense.
