I never really thought about wealth and inequality until recently when I started working for a property management company. I worked alongside the administrators who oversee a few clients portfolios consisting of apartment buildings, houses, warehouses, farm land, stuff like that.
The holy shit moment for me was seeing how much these fucking people make on a monthly basis. Some of these guys collect over $3 million PER MONTH. Doing nothing. It's insane how these rich some people are in this country even during the pandemic. How can anyone justify something like that?
That’s life. Either you’re born into it or become. Die a Jew puppet or become the Jew.
Jose Gonzalez
Muh capitalism
Tyler Lewis
I have no problem with people making 3 million per month. Hell, make a billion per second. I just wish the government taxed them fairly. Corporations especially.
Honestly I start to feel that way around here when people talk about 100k being lunch money.
Alexander Cruz
Read somewhere that the Salesforce CEO sells portions of his stock every single day, and has been doing this for several years. Each day he banks $1-3million. Imagine that. People work their whole lives for that and he makes it without even thinking about it.
play literally any video game with scaling dumbass. there's people that make much more privately.
Joshua Ramirez
>How can anyone justify something like that? That's money making moneh, user. And that's why you're here, so stop crying
Eli Bennett
You either take risks and start a business knowing full well most of them fail or you can choose the easy path and work for someone who has taken the risks.
Connor Sanchez
I think I noticed it when I became 15 when I noticed my entire community celebrated birthdays on paper plates and plastic forks while eating $20 walmart cakes. My parents have never taken a vacation and I never left my province let alone my country (Canada).
It's when I realized you either work for someone or you make others work for you that determines whether you spend each day on your own terms or not. I don't know if I could be a business owner. But i dream of luxury and expense and I don't want to sign a life sentence to someone and beg for my retirement to enjoy the last 2 decades of my life a s withered husk.
Austin Campbell
that is so stupid to hope for, you can pay some people a few mil to help you find a tax free method.
Camden Gray
> i got a couple of properties > income seems like alot, but imagine all the maintenance needed? labor is not cheap, and people overcharge. > property taxes? >and you would need tenants too, some of which are extremely entitled.
i had a couple who moved from some hot country and complain that the heating system cant sustain to their 90 degree ambient lifestyle. So they decided to cause trouble, all of which i have to pay for.
also you property management fags do the bare minimum and expect 10%.
Blake Watson
Wtf do you mean? What is there to justify? Some people have more than others.
Cameron Carter
And Canada is one of the “utopias” the left want us to become here, and look, people still have more than others. Oh no you had to eat cake with plastic forks for a fucking kid’s birthday party, fuck off.
Michael Sanders
Tax corporations and they’ll move their labor somewhere where the taxes are lower. We’ve literally fucking seen this come and go over the past two admins, you fucking fool. Why are people like you even posting here? It’s like you don’t have even a basic idea of how the world works, or the economy, or that you don’t just “get” things. Wtf do you want them to be taxed more for? How does that affect you? Oh wait, you want free gibs, get fucked.
Brayden Kelly
Are paper plates and plastic forks not normal for kid's birthdays? You could probably go upmarket for the cake, sure, but no one wants to do that many dishes after a party.
David Reed
his apartment is so awful and gaudy it seems like it's from a show lampooning his awful sense of aesthetics, but it's actually his apartment lol holy hell
Camden Ward
do rich people prefer DIA over LINK?
Ryan Jones
Better infrastructure is good for society and the economy.
Ryder Young
you sound like an idiot. set taxes based on where production occurs (higher percentage of value produced in the country = lower taxes)
Asher Edwards
Well you're in their business now, are you not rubbing shoulders? Get rich, boy.
Connor Murphy
>infrastructure That’s such a buzzword, how many fucking billions of dollars have been flushed down the toilet on “infrastructure” bills in the past few decades? Ok maybe some roads get replaced and some potholes filled occasionally. The problem here, is that the federal government is so inherently inefficient at doing ANYTHING. There’s nothing you can ever do to change it besides privatize. By the time $600 billion of our tax dollars actually filters its way down to maybe funding some roads or something most of it is blown on other pork. You have to be really young to have this mindset
Tyler Martin
>t. IKEA shopper
Jason Roberts
Oh so like now? Where we lowered the corporate tax and production here has increased? I sound like an idiot? God damn you are one dumb fuck. It’s really mind blowing that people on Zig Forums are dying for more taxes.
I’ll ask what I asked earlier too, wtf do you want more taxes for? It always comes down to gibs for your lazy ass
Lincoln Fisher
Companies that weasel their way out of paying Uncle Sam what they owe shouldn't be allowed the privilege of doing business in the United States
>And Canada is one of the “utopias” the left want us to become here Not comparable. American left just want taxed healthcare which is understandable, but Canadian healthcare is one of the worst examples, because it's overtaxed and we end up paying too much for very little. But we at least regulate pricing so people aren't spending too much on basic medicine. If America had free healthcare it would be different in every state. >and look, people still have more than others. You compared 2 different things >Oh no you had to eat cake with plastic forks for a fucking kid’s birthday party, fuck off Just saying I noticed I live nowhere near in luxury if all I have is disposable plastics with no quality.
Nah I'm not uptight but it just made me think. It's completely fine I mean shit even if I was making 120k a year I would still resort to that. But I just wish we had more quality in our lives. I wish the things we owned weren't stamped with brand names and made of cheap materials. Idk what in even saying really it's not like I have a point to make, but the point is that I notice that the very wealthy get to enjoy quality cakes with silverware and can just relax whenever they wish.
Sometimes I wonder how Jeff bezos cuts his nails, what kind of toilet paper does he use? What bed does he sleep on? Not in a creepy way but like of you owned a billion dollars how many luxuries could you got into your life? What does Donald's trump's handsoap smell and feel like? It's not enough to look at a pic of their living room, it's everything that's accompanied. I read he got upset because his suit ironing machine got lost in a flight. Sometimes I think about all the little things that I could have that are the absolute best even if they sounded ridiculous. Like spending 10k to have my nails done and my body waxed and massaged every week.
Robert Kelly
are you seriously saying you don't think the aesthetics in his apartment are fucking awful?
A generic ikea room would be 1000x more tasteful. Trump's apartment looks like what a poor child from the 1930s would imagine a rich person's home to looks like
Luis Sullivan
Tax rates =/= tax revenue The top 10% pays nearly all of the net tax.
Jason Jenkins
The government should just like, tax people more and tax businesses more because I don’t like how much money they have. Then the government should like build roads or something. The government should take care of me.
>t. This fucking thread
Matthew Peterson
Well luckily after the Trump tax cuts tax revenue went way the fuck up because they started actually paying it.
Owen Ramirez
Government is fucking retarded but corporations have no incentive to treat people to a living wage. There are no earthly pleasures that can be bought for 10 billion dollars, yet walmart will kill unions and make people sleep in closets to keep the money going. Defending mega businesses is the stupidest cuckshit ever. Defending the economy has gotten you nowhere. Look what these businesses have done for you in your greatest hour of need.
Julian Cox
This. China has the right idea. If your financial shenanigans harm the country they execute you and nationalize your wealth. Meanwhile in the west we have to sit there and take it while Soros makes billions by manipulating currency (which he then promptly donates to kike political "charities" to push niggers and trannies in our culture)
Joshua Collins
That can't be right. That sounds like fascism, and China is the opposite of Fascist >Chinese Communist Party Clue's in the name
