how does TSM manage to stay eternal crab?

Attached: Capture.jpg (679x597, 42.09K)

>$72k networth
>can't seem to escape the $70k range
>breach into $80k but keep getting btfo'd and thrown back to 70k range
>such as buying apple prior to split, reach 80k, hold it through the dump, sell for measly gains

What the heck how do I escape the 70k range!!! Not downwards, upwards!

Leaps. I wish I would have got into them earlier. GME, TAK, and SAVA all had really good premiums on their long term options.

you'd be 30%-50% up within the last 2 weeks if you had done DD into GME
where the fuck have you been? We've been talking about GME since end of August

Sir yes sir. I will ensure all my posts are of high quality, and more: helpful to the community in reaching their financial goals. That is my Smg Pledge

because the age of silicon semiconductors is almost over.

TSM's roadmap includes 2nm

>reading all these articles about the new oligarch of the US
>and articles about how the Fed keeps buttfucking the middle class
NGL I might get hard thinking about how hard I want to keep shorting the middle class. I bought more AMZN today.

Is GME a fucking meme or is it real

Cohen and Burry have already 2x their money, seems like they're probably looking for a slow exit

I don't want to get BTFO by another biz meme

How would I know it is a good deal though, in general?

Im not about to go all in and soemthing gies wrong and I lose it all. Now I'm curious if any other user's are in with more than $10k on GME.

i am financially rectally prolapsed

how hard is it do verify the DD yourself
how hard is it to look at GME's cash flow and balance sheet
how hard is it to look at the positive catalysts and Cohen hype
how hard is it to look at the >100% short interest

You have started selling covered calls, right?

Attached: 1599282050653.jpg (1000x1000, 58.68K)

loser

no

It has barely begun fool.

>amazon
>down about 16% since about 2 weeks ago

I don't trust that stock. Looks like it could fall hard. Sorta like BRK.A dumping 100k i n early 2020

enjoy your ban

GME only going up because short squeeze @_@ almost everyone agree
If you believe in short squeeze then it not meme it legit tactic

Other wise >_> it prob meme

at least your cat has a nice suit

Based

>how hard is it do verify the DD yourself
I have, but there are mixed things. I mean just look at blockbuster, and brick and mortar stores in general are tanking. A slight blip during console releases does not equal a win.

>how hard is it to look at GME's cash flow and balance sheet
Like the fact they are selling off assetts to stay afloat? Yes I have seen that.

>how hard is it to look at the positive catalysts and Cohen hype
Priced in at this point

>how hard is it to look at the >100% short interest
How does a bunch of bears who will likely do anything to take the stock help the case? lol

I'm just saying at ~9.50 it looks like not such a good deal. if you got in back at 6 or 7 its fine to hold and set a stop loss.

It's both. Everyone who is balls deep is basically banking on the short squeeze although with next gen consoles it's actually a solid pick short term.
Well the whole point of leaps is picking a company that has a solid balance sheet and a good debt/equity ratio. The long distance calls give you time to reach your strike price and time to get the fuck out if you pick wrong, unlike weeklys.

I see. Opinion on doing them at this time considering the market's recent behavior?

how long should i lurk before i ever post itt again

Look man I'm sure it'll work out but I'm just not ready to invest in the future oppression of US citizens.

>Now I'm curious if any other user's are in with more than $10k on GME.
oh hey i just barely made your cut-off, but im a student just playing with part-time wages

at least a month, but feel free to bobo and mumu post because that's just mindless fun

When you make low quality posts you risk compromising the integrity of this board. I’m not against having a laugh here and there but when you actively go out of your way to derail a conversation and hurl racist remarks at other anons for no reason then you deserve what you get. I’ve always championed range banning repeat offenders but the mods claim this is a bit too extreme. Needless to say I disagree with their sentiment.

The bannings will continue until morale improves.

Yes, but it both destroys middle class retail AND destroys middle class wages. Amazon is so good.
And I am gigashort on the middle class.
Leaps are for leverage. Because if you choose them right they should move with the underlying. You just multiply your gains by having "more shares" per cost.
It is an attempt to "average out" vola. Weeklys are meant to play on vola.

ALLL ABOARD!!

Attached: banter bus.jpg (512x512, 96.86K)

X_X yeah banning people that will help improve morally

just lurk for a while and spend the time making memes

I'm doing them right now but most of my leaps are based on biopharma or meme stocks. I'm not afraid of losing money if I'm wrong though. It's not a get rich quick scheme, but it's faster than sitting on boomer stocks. If you are worried about the markets future you probably shouldn't be to heavy in the market anyway and just buy bonds until everything settles. Maybe PMs too.

Trying to learn options

What are some cheap plays?

That's why I opted for leaps on GME rather than owning the shares themselves. I would rather lose $1000 in leaps than be holding $5-10k in bags.

>tfw unironically bet against america

Are you poor?

pretty sure he's just mocking the retard who was actually serious

Learning options that way not very good

Successful stock and commodity traders of Zig Forums, what are your general trading rules for shorting & bear markets? When a stock is looking like it's about to start dropping, or is dropping, what do you like to do with it if you're not holding it?
You're a no-life niggerfaggot bitch with a keyboard.

Im about 3k on GME. Selling covered calls. Sold $14 calls for next Friday for $0.20 each.

redeem yourself by betting on gamestop

Attached: big short squeeze.png (630x1200, 1008.03K)

First: Dont do options
Second: If you have to do options, then research covered calls.

are you going to keep writing them weekly? how do you know you won't fuck up and write them the week a squeeze or even just a big spike might happen?

Who cares if they get executed? At $14, I made 100% + options premiums from however many weeks I sold them. Theta will be so high at $14, if GME is not +10% on Monday it will basically lose all its value.

Well cheers to great week!
Me has so much fun spamming AAAAAAAAAAAAA and swing trades great made tons money

This first week in long time that trading was legit thrilling
Am of hope next week just as good !!

Good night SMG see you next weekies!!!

That is not how you want to learn options. "Cheap plays" are buying deep OTM calls/puts but those are basically lottery tickets that will lose you money unless you have inside knowledge of the ticker in question.

are you doing covered calls for all your shares or just part of it?
You're not betting on a short squeeze at all?

I mean yeah if we just have a constant massive burn, then you're going to enjoy riding the wave up while collecting premiums. That's a tiny bit more cash you gain, but what if an abrupt squeeze does happen along the way? We're talking like at least +400% across a few days
