12 years for USD

The argentinean peso has been plunging for the last 60 years

BRL/USD literally doubled it's value in 2 years

>Went to Argentina in 2018
>1 USD equals 15 pesos
>today 1 USD equals > 80 pesos
They are FALLING

Sorry I meant 2015

South American countries are all governed by socialism. The Argentinian peso has been in freefall ever since the 70s, during the dictatorial regime.

>South American countries are all governed by socialism
>Argentina
The only country that is governed by actual socialism is Venezuela and Bolivia, and Bolivia's socialism has already fallen when the new administration decided to sell their souls to Elon.

Brazil is right wing thought

So Argentina, our politicians are full of useless shitheads that are only after whatever the US gives to them.

80 pesos at the official rate which is basically bullshit. It costs at least 130 pesos to get a Dollar now.

Worst we become worse than Weimar if the US stops giving free shit to our politicians once the dollar has fallen.

>80 pesos at the official rate which is basically bullshit.
It's not if you go through Uruguay back channels.

What do you mean? Any transfer to Uruguay has to be done at a rate much higher than the official rate. Something like Dollar MEP puts you at around 120 ARS per USD. Dollar Bitcoin is also around that.

Are you argue? I remeber when I was there at Rosario st. to change currency and avoid official prices, now official prices are cheaper????? Man wtf happened

I meant are you argie? Fucking corrector

He doesnt know

Yes, I am. Official rates are cheaper if you want to go USD -> ARS.
But if you want to go ARS -> USD you have to pay official rate + "solidary tax" (30%) + a new tax added this week (around 30% more).
So they pay you less if you want to convert good money into our confetti we happen to call a currency

>Man wtf happened
Gibs, welfare state, corruption, debts, you name it.

>electing socialists for 60 years
They deserve it

30%? What the actual fuck.
I'm glad I visited your country before the apocalypse. Maybe I can go back and be a richfag with my humble reais? I'm Brazilian. Imma goo back to BsAs and buy some cool bulding, a cruise and maybe some argie slaves for 1000 USD? COOL

Call me back then they do another 7+ stddev collapse

RSR will come and save the day

the government will simply ban RSR and render it useless

AHAHHAHAHHA! The government will ban a decentralized crypto. AHAHAHHHAHAHHA. user, where should I start...

Bullish for RSR.

its a real concern, when the government outright bans crypto what would its use be if there is no legal use of it? stores wont be able to accept it and jobs wont be able to pay in it

riots

The same way the government of Argentina|Syria|Cuba|Lebanon|Zimbabwe could ban gold or USD? Let me know how that goes.

They just ban the RSR app so you can't download it. After that you can say goodbye to RSR adoption

India is just banning crypto rn
Brazil banned WhatsApp payments bc we are introducing our own central bank digital wallet (yes), and whatapps pay is simply Facebook trying to take over economy, because mark couldn't do the job with Libra.

it's actually 130, you can't buy it at 80;
the government buys at 80 and forces you to sell all you dollar to them if you do exports

> India banning crypto
Yeah, they've talked about that for years and more and more Indians are getting into crypto all the time.
> WhatsApp payments
That's different.
