1) don't put all your money, a majority of your money or even a large (greater than 20%) minority of your money into crypto- this way you still have your moni
2) teach yourself real skills like how to change a tire or how to program in Javascript (free PDFs for this exist)
3) translate those skills into either credits at your local community college or just straight up try to get hired with the skills you have, possibly embellishing on your resume. This way you'll have a stable income and any crypto or stock losses you suffer you should be able to write off on your taxes, insulating you from harm to some degree.
4) besides crypto and your now stable job, also consider side gigs like driving for yuber or putting small money on safe bets and incrementally increasing your cash
5) don't fall for the neet meme, depression is the result of doing nothing and realizing you've wasted your teens, 20s and sometimes 30s doing nothing but booze and drugs and ending up a dork starting an entry level job at 40 with people young enough to be your kids who think you're a weird old guy. The goal is to reach a point where you make enough money from all sources (job, side-gig, crypto, stocks, gambling, businesses you might own, rental properties) that you can eventually reach a point of security where maybe you could quit your job and go freelance (aka you'd have infrequent work) and still make a relatively stable income.

The "get rich fast" meme doesn't work because the whales are people who became millionaires in 2013. It's true that mass adoption of crypto hasn't happened and there are still 10x, 100x and 1000x moonshots waiting to happen, but it usually takes months in a bullrun and years during a non-run period for that to happen. Having many prospects is important to ensure you will eventually be a rich guy with a robot teenage catgirl wife on a private island.

The marketcap for UNI is bigger than the potential marketcap for BNB and CZ is livid over Uniswap basically eclipsing his shitty exchange in a short period of time.
