Basically with a smaller portfolio you should be all in on your strongest bet, or all in on a yolo shitcoin. Diversifying 20 dollars isn't going to make you very much money

get rid of ADA, its complete shit. DOT and ATOM are ok, but you need higher risk those are gonna only 100x if you are lucky as fuck. ETH is already pretty high, probably a good bet, seems safe, but not gonna get high returns. With a portfolio that small you probably want to go all in LINK, which is still safe but should get better returns than DOT or ETH. I guess you could go all in on ATOM as well if you really believe in it (I think it could work just not that sure).
I think the best overall bet right now is xDai STAKE. Has a real use case, adoption, high demand and its pretty low marketcap. A 50x in the not so distance future (next few months) is possible.
