that fuds legitimate to an extent. the xrp ledger is decentralized if none of the validators have incentive to corroborate with ripple, but more often then not they are on the same team. Theres no rewards for setting up validator nodes/servers for xrp but they cost a shit ton to run, so there's not much incentive to run them other than if your a ripple partner
