/XMR/ Monero General: Sunday Edition

What's up monero chads.
Too lazy to post the copy pasta. Let's all hangout and talk about the best cryptocurrency that is available.

Took my 400 UNI and traded it in for an unknown amount of XMR

based and ponypilled

I am comfy with my unknown amount of xmr

Buying some more. God, it feels so good to buy a real cryptocurrency.

based
its pretty weird how no other crypto projects are innovating like Monero.

Yeah I agree user, xmr is the only crypto that I can look at in my wallet and truly appreciate.

Arguably some are innovating, it's just not clear that the innovations have any purpose. Monero is laser focused on being sound money.

Breakout point for bullish activity is at $97. If we get the price above that and hold it, we'll go on to $105, and if we get to $107 it'll clear up resistance all the way to $120.

i think that focus helps development a lot

I'm stoked for the first time somebody gets away with a totally massive crime using monero and it makes national news

Simpler for the retarded, please

Be nice, user. It's *fun* to observe a TA true believer in its natural habitat.

monero is gonna tank so hard when the irs finally cracks it

line go up

If it follows the same pattern as bitcoin did at this price, XMR will be >=$10k in the second half of 2022.

Note: 'if' is the operative word. Past performance, future results, etc.

Nope, it's gonna pump hard when increasingly nervous tax collectors increase their bounty for the seventh time this year

im ready to be arrested for monero. fuck the feds

While I want it to, I really dont know if its going to take off in the mainstream.
Numerous countries have already delisted from exchanges so newbies wont have their normal way of obtaining it. I can only imagine this will become more and more common unfortunately.

Nice

It will probably be hard to stumble into Monero by accident. But it's not practical to ban outright for those who seek it out. And the financial freedom it offers is likely to become more and more relevant given the current state of the world. Remember payment providers (Discover, iirc) refusing to provide service to a fundraiser for Kyle Rittenhouse's legal defense, just a couple weeks ago? That's not even a wingnut cause. Financial censorship attempts like that are only going to become more prevalent from here on out, and Monero provides the solution.
(Low-info people will probably turn to Bitcoin at first. Hopefully that comes to an end the first time someone high-profile gets doxed after donating Bitcoin to an unapproved cause.)

bump

Financial censorship will always be a use case. Monero is a solution to this. What other crypto solves this problem?

0xMonero.

Who the hell pays you? Surely you must have a financial incentive to be shilling this POS in every Monero thread for months on end

HAHAHAHAHAHA, what a fantastic punchline to this comment thread
Gotta give the guy credit for his persistence, he's been shilling in these threads for months

Need a source on this plz

Dude, do yourself the math. Use a minimum squared numerical method to find the best curve describing the points seen, and you will find out monero's stock-to-flo model.

yep. financial censorship is an unbelievable use case.
