We are in a bubble. Anyone who is buying into this market, needs to be prepared to hold onto their bags for the next 10-15 years. There is a reason treasury bonds are at 1.24% for 20 years. There is a reason that europe is moving to negative interest rates. Its because they know how big of a bubble we are in.
