it's a self-balancing protocol/system. so if rsr doesn't "moon" and the price drops then more rsr gets burned. and if the price does "moon" then more people are likely to buy rsr so they can profit from arbing and so on. as the price drops more tokens get burned and as the price goes up more people notice the value of rsr. in other words, "max burn" scenario is basically guaranteed over time as rsv gets used for different things.
