What gives it value

Those blue numbers in the original post above yours... they're links. When you go over them with your cursor, it changes from an arrow into into a little hand with a cute white glove. If you click right when the cursor is a hand (only once, no need to double click), a new web page will open on your internet browser (internet explorer by the look of things). Once those new webpages are open, you can read them to find out more information.

There's instructions here but they're by a brainlet thinking they're a brain by doing the leaving out steps "intelligence test".

The purpose of the bridge is not to turn your eth into dai, it's to convert your dai into xdai which can then be used on the dai network on the custom RPC

If you want I can type out a brief step by step but first you will have to buy dai with your eth

No, that's okay. I got it. And yeah it doesn't say it converts from ETH, I know. It's just not very believable that a lot of people will be able to make this pump a lot.

Yes. Wait until you see the transaction costs and times within the xDAI chain. It's ridiculous(ly good).

Yeah it's tricky to learn at the start but it's good to learn now before the Dai network really takes off in the dapp space. Even if HNY doesn't become notable I think this is a good exercise anyway.

if DAI is not converting to XDAI does that mean bridge is closed or what, how can i check status? just shows loading icon, should i reload tab and retry?

metamask didn't pop up the confirmation box, I had to click MM and confirm.. i feel stupid af right now

The tx for the bridge might take a few minutes so don't freak out

Value is rising but it's still hard to pump given it's on a whole other network and volume is very low.

Yeah, the difference is huge. Like going from a dialup connection to broadband. One of the side effects of using honeyswap to buy HNY is I realized my portfolio needed more STAKE than I had before... xDAI is just too good.

Reset your meta mask account . It just clears your transactions . It’s in settings under advanced .
