Not enough people use Brave. Simple as. More people = more ad revenue = increase batties price.

the fact that it hasn't pumped is just a sign of not having the right biz development group. eich is being too conservative with it, he is so desperate to "not let it become another shitcoin" he isn't letting it pump at all.

I'm a marketer and I work with a ton of people who buy and sell ads. Why would I invest in BAT to hold if it was volatile? That's a problem for adoption. How am I supposed to sell the token to my VP of Marketing or our CFO? They will both think I'm loony tunes.

I really like this project and I am thinking about dropping some fiat on top of it. Just being real about my reservations as someone that would buy BAT to use for it's actual use case.

Poor execution. Too much regulation. Not a good investment. Ironically, Brave is awful at marketing its own product. BAT was dead on arrival.

how would more people using it not just trash the price instead?

If BAT had wide adoption then my reservations from would largely disappear as I'm interested in CTR and conversions, will pay handsomely for honest advertising (this is a misnomer, which is why I'd pay for the real deal), and risk slippage from the volatility. Or if it mooned and stabilized for long periods perhaps I'd hold, but I doubt it.

I'm posting from brave right now I fucking LOVE this product and I like the low key desktop style ads. There needs to be a lot more than this though. If BAT can deliver an honest system that can replace google/facebook I'd pull everything from those assholes and put it into the BAT network.

Why would you sell tokens to the marketing department?

If they wanted an ad on Brave, they would pay Fiat in exchange for a certain amount of ads. The coins are then bought with the fiat and distributed to the customer. Your marketing company doesn't touch coins at all.
