I started drinking heavily again back in March so my body is fucked again and I'm skinny as fuck. My skin is pale/yellow again so I guess that I have only a few years left if I don't stop.

It is if you eat at an extreme calorific deficit for long enough, but 1800 seems...fine. I like fasting, probably why I've managed to maintain my weight for 6 months of basically sitting inside. Have you gained muscle?
