Building on the Polkadot/Moonbeam network, has a real website instead of wordpress, and not using bounce. You know actually having a contract for the presale. Doesn't have 90% of the red flags these other scams I have been making money off of had.

Remember if you play these treat it as a gamble, don't drop more then you are willing to lose. They can be really profitable but rug pulls do happen.
