The analysts are indicating targets in the 23-27 range. I don't know how many people have stakes in that, but with anchoring effects I'm wondering if that'll be the new 15-18 range as seen after July 4th. Meaning if it dips below 23 I'll be considering purchases.
Historically when USPS seals contracts is the 30th Sept. I won't hold any more than 50 shares going into that. It's hard to imagine how the market is going to price in the contract, and what the terms of the contract will actually be.
If you're long-long on them then it's a non-issue since they currently service a massive vacuum.
I don't think it's the final pump but I don't think the pump is going to be all that much from the contract if we are being honest. They'll get 1/3 at best.
