Twice? This looks very different from YFBeam if that's what you are referring too. Both were based on the Polkadot/Moonbeam protocol if that's what you are referring too but the former was an obvious scan were the later has real development. They have a working contract for their presale which is open for auditing as well as many other advantages. Dont just call something a scam with zero research.
