It's difficult to grasp until you've seen it for yourself: there are literally third-worlders paid to phonepost shit on Zig Forums. You'll notice it's usually the threads on page one of the board that get hit hardest. They obviously can't be bothered to scroll very far. And it's not just STA that gets targeted.
