Every time democrats push a stimulus bill they include these two provisions
>Stimulus checks MUST be paid out to illegal immigrants
>Voter ID laws on the state level must be abolished (30+ states have state voter ID laws)
For these two reasons, the bill is unlikely to pass, as Democrats are likely to throw these in again. After Republicans shoot down the bill because of these two bullshit provisions, Democrats then say "THOSE EVIL REPUBLICANS DON'T ARE ABOUT YOU SO WE CAN'T HAVE A STIMULUS CHECK"
