If you're stuck at home, yoga is a good way to get baseline core and arm strength. I used to laugh at yoga fags until lockdown then i started it and it's damn good.

just go to the gym and start a novice program, in 1-2 years you can have this body, if you eat properly.

any videos, books, or sites you recommend to learn this?

what is the required diet to look like this if combined with the novice program?

And what are you going to do with your body when it's all about face?

Yoga with Adriene on youtube is all free and tons of content

thank you fren :)

This guy could look good but his haircut ruins it.

dude in your pic is literal DYEL
if you want a body like that, just diet

This pretty much, the guy doesn't actually have a lot more muscle than the average dude he just has almost no fat in his body. Eat as little as you possibly can get away with and lift with some basic program so you don't lose muscle.

OH NONONO

Yeah, I'm sure it's just his haircut and not his facial structure.

what should i be eating?

well you’ll want to bulk up a bit then cut, it’s a matter of eating a reasonable calorie surplus while you’re gaining, then maintaining your lifts and a caloric deficit until the bf% you want is achieved. use a calorie calculator to figure out target numbers

Narrow as fuck shoulder structure, he'll never look good no matter what he does.

Reminder that chad doesn't need to lift.

Do 5x5 “starting strength” for 6 months. You will eventually get comfortable on the gym and see results. You will be confident enoug to start supplementing other workouts

>that's not 1-2 years dickhead try 5-7

There is no such thing as "the workout" you fucking idiot. Go to Zig Forums or fuck off

thanks this makes sense. any specific diets you recommend?

I have a knife that I will do 300 swings with each arm with in the morning and then I have a 20lb weight that I lift while I'm at my computer throughout the day.

thanks for the specific recommendation, starting this tomorrow.

Get like 150-200g protein from fish, meat, chicken etc per day with vegetables etc, you'll have to eat very small amounts of fat and carbs in order to keep your calories low enough, your bodyfat % needs to be insanely low to look like that so it's not going to be fun if you like eating....

he looks like he could be around the 15% bodyfat range. Specific diet is less important than the calories in and calories out. If you're skinny you can lean bulk to that physique or you can heavy bulk, doesn't matter since you can just lose the weight later. The most important thing is to build muscle, so get a decent amount of protein and a good novice program will give you a optimal training frequency.

i will enjoy the challenge. that's a lot of grams of protein

if you think that's unattainable in 1-2years as a natural, you've never went to the gym or the world shittiest genetics.

ultimately the best diets are the ones you can sustain, when you’re bulking eat the foods you like, just more of them. Eat some kind meat or fish every day. Avoid onions it’s garbo. And don’t forget your fruits, vegetables, and dark leafy greens

When you’re cutting you’ll want to avoid simple sugars and breads, prioritize proteins and healthy fats, it’s also a good time to drink protein powders because they tend to be low cal, try to get a variety without a bunch of crap and artificial sweeteners in it. Eat veggies, greens, and complex carbs like pasta and rice to fill in calories. At least for me, indulging once a day in one of those tiny snack packs of gummies or whatever was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth, you can eat it after you workout. Just make sure you’re hitting your protein target (0.75g per lb of body weight is what I remember) and coming in at your calorie target

my bad, onions are good, avoid S O I

Bench press, over head press, lateral raise, squats and dead lift, whatever abs workout you hate the least, oblique workout to get that v taper.

Cut most carbs, especially fast carbs and weat, and eat only in a 4 hour window.

Lazy incel cope, I had 5 time more success as a semi-muscular manlet than as a skinnyfat manlet. Granted I had a good face when I was a zoomer but still.
