Ocean is the type of project favored by surveillance/ communist/dictatorship/ regimes who like to monitor their citizens to make sure they are behaving like good goys.
One use case for Ocean is cars. Imagine if your driving habits were being monitored, collected and then later sold to a random third party. Said party could then use the information against you. “They” will know your history. Where you’ve been, when, how long, etc. All this data will be stored on a blockchain. What if this data was sold to government agencies who identified you were breaking the speed limit last week, and then issues an automatic fine because they have indisputable evidence.

Organization A is a clothes store, they know your shoe and waist size.
Organization B is a car manufacturer, they know your location and daily routes.
Organization C is Pornhub, they know your sexual preferences, your browser, operating system

Organization E is your school
The list is endless...
