VIDT froze the tokens which is in effect a burn because the hacker can't move the tokens. So you can see the tokens on the hackers eth address but he can't do shit with them.

Most of these 200 millions are in USDT which can be blocked, BTC and ETH which have the liquidity to absorb this easily and finally random ERC20 that noone gives a shit about.
