No not at all bro. Ripple is not promoting XRP as a substitution for CBDCs or bank issued in-house currencies. That's not it's purpose and I do not see a single bank ever using XRP as their native currency.

Well that's just objectively untrue. I don't know how you got there. Ripple is after a very specific use case with the XRPL. I think you would be hard pressed to say that Ripple and other projects like Kleros, Hedera, VeChain etc etc are all trying to accomplish the same thing. Those are very separate use cases.
