Redpill me on crypto.com
I've avoided it because I saw its ads everywhere, which I associate with dodgy business. I heard you can get 10% on staking tether.

Also the cards, I saw some anons complain about them when they first released some years ago. Is it fixed and everything's fine? Or should I stick to my usual. Tbh I only have coin base card but never actually used it
Wfm
crypto com is a ponzi scheme along with byenance and swipe with their funds are safu shit gonna exit scam
Its a scam. Dont take my word for it go ahead and use it for a while and do the math on how much they rob you on transactions not upfront but through hidden fees compared to trading on any other platform. Its like market buying on regular coinbase but worse
Coinbase is already garbage on fees though, that's trash. Also I couldn't see anywhere I could send money from the wallet to my bank account, I reckon I just didn't see it or is it genuinely impossible?
Buy 10,000 CRO and nothing else
Lock it up for 180 days
Get something like 16-18% while it's in there.
That's it. Don't do anything else. They fuck you over with fees. But for something a little less shit than 0,6% on a savings account it's not bad.
Been using it since the start of the year and have had very few problems. Card works great and I’ve gotten a ton of cashback. Anybody who says “scam” is genuinely clueless.
Ignore the faggots calling it a scam, they are probably newfags with zero experience in this space. Crypto.com is heavily regulated, therefore scamming would be retarded on their part. Sign up, get your free card, with 1% cashback. Say 2ea6sc4rgw send you.
It's profitable as of recently according to CEO. They make money no matter what on exchange fees. Exchanges aren't your friends, remember that. As another user said, they may not be the best in terms of trading fees, but it's part of the game.
As for the cards - buy crypto low and sell only when it's higher than when you bought, otherwise you're nullifying the cash back.
As for sustainability. The CRO coin is worth what worth we give it, as this new way to earn interest via crypto. Based in Hong Kong which I'm not super happy about but I don't think China will mess with them. One of the few actual use case cryptocurrencies that exist.
Fuck all you scammers, Binance is getting Sued for Fraud in the USA, can’t wait for the big one
Yeah and Wells Fargo has countless litigations against it. The banks aren't any better so don't write the new kids off yet.
Nice start, might actually just do it. Was thinking of doing the 100k tho? Or is it not worth it?
Sounds like it's legit, yeah
Yeah I figured, but if the fees are way higher than what I get for staking, then (while being legit) is just like a scam. Though coinbase is too primitive, I feel like I have to move on from those 2017 days
Only throw 100k CRO in if you’re confident in the project. 10k CRO is a great starting point to find your feet.
CRO is actually legit, but the 10% on tether is nothing compared to the massive 16% you get on BTC from Midas (more if you do the burnout) midas.investments
10k CRO is $1,500. If that vanishes in some chinese shitstorm I'll be annoyed but I can swing trade some shitcoins and make back the ethereum in a week.
I wouldn't feel the same about losing $15k.
On the flipside, my advice? Do the 10k, stake, forget about it. You get rewards every week. If you have netflix, set up the recurring payment on the crypto card and get the 100% back in CRO as a bonus. Do that for the 180 days (6months-ish) and see how you feel once it's over. Maybe slowly add an additional 10k as your other cryptos/stocks do well where it's only lost profit if something goes wrong, because 16% isn't as great a return as it sounds.
tl;dr - start small, build up. Don't throw in too quick.
Fuck the staking, unless you are willing to drop tens of thousands the profit isn't worth it and you'll be better off putting that money into shitcoins, or if you're a fucking Chad, XRP and LINK.
Card is cool though. I started using it this week, works like a charm.
How long did it take to get it?
A month all in all
this idiot fell for the "deluxe tier" ponzi package.
>XRP
Never gonna make it.
True, just to test it I'll put in 10k. Decent start,
How exactly, don't you need to hold 10k cro for 6 months? That's what it said both on the app and the website, or is there some underlying information?
You need to stake the 10k for 6 months to get the card, after that you have to restake the 10k minimum to get the rewards for the jade tier.
Staking 10,000 CRO gives you the higher benefits, giving you 12% on stable coins.
They own 87% of the supply, so while it will be super centralized, you can guarantee all the expenses like cashback and perks can be paid off without a moment's notice.
Seeing that currently banks have either lowered their interest rates or even given negative rates, saying it's a good option is an understatement.
Hmm alright, that's fair. That's why you said just to leave the 10k for 6 months at first. Yeah think it's good to start small.
But from. Coinbase I can send money from my wallet to the bank, is it possible with crypto.com as well? I couldn't see an option, but coinbase doesn't really advertise it too, I had to search and do research to find it
The red card is $150, how poor are you to think that's the deluxe tier?
The card works great. Not a big fan of the CRO coin. I have an Icy white card and some ADA in earn. Want to compare it to daedalus staking rewards. They have 600+ employees i think, a good developer and business team so they can go big. Don't put your money in swipe.
There's a "withdraw" button on the screen when you open the app after putting your pin in. If you ever need to cash out, that's how.
attacking XRP instead of CRO.
Crypto.com > Swipe
Sorry, it was "Trade", then "Sell". I went dumb for a second.
