Hey user. If you’re serious you should pay her. She’s your mom man. Mine is dying right now from cancer and if she ever needed anything I would have done it for her. I miss my mom already...she can’t talk anymore (on hospice) will likely pass tomorrow. Hearing your death rattle is the most horrific thing I’ve ever had to bear witness. It’s changed me forever, there’s not a thing I wouldn’t have done for my mom and if I was you I’d do your future self a favor and spend more time with her and tell her it would make you happy to have her clean your apartment. But say that you are just happy you have her in your life. Best of luck OP. I miss my mom already. :(
