My mom threw out my binder of cards i had from 1997. Almost a full base set with easily 50 holos some of which were first edition....including a blastoise.

That’s if they grade highly for a 10. It’s possible that they come back as 8s or 9s which significantly decreases the value. Plus you have to be out of the money for several months because PSA is backed the hell up.

Meh only $1k for mint condition machamp - mine will be in a box somewhere and I played the game all the time so that would drop the value loads. Probably the only holo I have as I had the 2 player starter pack.

I definitely plan to buy an unopened theme deck one day, the gyardos deck were my first cards
I mostly buy single first editions, and collected a lot of unopened movie cards

I bought an unopened fossil booster pack since those were cheap a few years ago
then I bought an unopened 1st edition fossil pack, but there's a tiny pinsize hole in the foil, bothers the shit out of me, I'll just buy a PSA graded unopened back one day...
