Reddit's moon token went live as of 3 days ago. It's trading on xDai's version of Uniswap - Honeyswap.org. This is a chance to exchange the token before mainnet(!) launch. Before the token is available anywhere.
How much do you think the market cap for Reddit's cryptocurrency should be? Somewhere around UNI at 600+m? DOGE at 300+m? Try under 3m (29,412,916 tokens @ .10 as of 3:40PST).
If you can figure out how to get on Honeyswap, you are
>goto buy >not on uniswap >close thread and go back to other tokens
Daniel Collins
it sounds like advantage to be able to dance between xdai and rinkeby networks, but problem is lot of idiots are sitting on fat stashes of moons and they will dump if it becames easier to sell.
Connor Anderson
Remember UNI? What those sellers didn't understand was market cap. So they saw the free money and sold. Yes, you'll have a bunch of redditors initially selling and confused as to why others are holding. But the market cap is what matters. The market cap is under 3 million dollars. That puts it at roughly the 600th crypto by market cap. Hello? People that are selling now on Honeyswap have lost their fucking minds.
Jayden Lewis
$MOON should be between $1 and $10 according to my calculations using DOGE market cap. Waiting for mainnet to enjoy my gainz.
Christian Carter
this token is how one can tell biz is full of redditors
Wyatt Nguyen
stop buying this shitty reddit token, every week or some shit reddit will probably mint NEW tokens distribute them on shitton of redditors over & over again, upvotes are free
buy HNY instead (UNI equiv), or at least xdai skale (literally ETH equiv), instead of buying a literal shitcoin within a great ecosystem
Landon Miller
You're going to let your bias for Reddit come between missing out on a probable 100x gain? Why would this stagnate at 3m? Who the fuck cares about Reddit. I'm talking about money.
>If you send Moons to outside non-Reddit wallets or contracts, you are sending them to testnet addresses. These tokens will not show up in outside software (e.g. wallet apps, Etherscan) unless you switch to Rinkeby and use the testnet Moons contract address (0xDF82c9014F127243CE1305DFE54151647d74B27A).
xDai has allowed a way to get at them first. If there's one thing to learn about crypto, it's that the early investors are the one's with the make it stacks. Everyone else buys bags and prays.
Hunter Cruz
This is why Honeyswap is the real IQ test of crypto
Liam Evans
HNY is -35.62% today. Not feeling great about buying more......
Brandon Long
"Initially, 50 million Moons will be distributed based on karma earned in the subreddit to date. The amount distributed each following month will start at 5 million and decrease by 2.5% every cycle, so that the total number of Moons distributed over time will approach a maximum cap of 250 million."
There's no actual fud. At the current valuation, this thing is massively undervalued for what it is. Show me another project with a 3m market cap and explain to me why it's better.
Landon Nguyen
fucking shit dude, this is why people like you will never make money
Oliver Richardson
Wait what? So redditors will continue to get a decreasing airdrop every month?
Dylan Williams
It's peaked for a while, but great if you got in last week and shorted it.
Isaiah Hughes
redditors dont make gains
Matthew Kelly
its one subreddit dude, you're all barking up the wron tree redditplebs
on that same link the subreddit special membership costs 100 bucks rn lmao
Brandon Rodriguez
You don't understand launch hype.
Carter Edwards
your money cuck, i would never blame anyone for not buying a green candle, but only grade a cucks don't buy a dip after it's been going up since 10 days
Ryder Ramirez
It's not airdropped. They'll get less tokens for their contributions over time as the coin becomes deflationary.
You anti redditor Zig Forums forever kids are morons.
Blake Johnson
Can get in on donuts to if you're more in to thst.
Luis Young
Lol. 4channers buying something that redditors have for free. And I have thousands of Moons. Crypto is getting funny hahah
Lucas Powell
When Moon is exchangeable outside of this xDai side chain there will be launch hype.
You need to address the market cap. That's what matters. And as little as you can get with them, they actually have a real use, besides 99.9% of all cryptocurrencies.
Brody Mitchell
imagine being one of these "hardcore Zig Forums 4 lyfers" that spend all their time hating redditors who don't think about them at all
Carson Sanchez
I got 3x my investment over the last week, I'm happy that that. I'll go back in if it looks less shaky, but that's not a sustainable pump, massive correctIon coming. It'll wait for the actual bottom lol
Dominic Gutierrez
What other ways are people cashing out their moons than xmoon>xdai>dai ? This is the only way to do it so far right? There was another thread about this and how they were having a contest? Can somebody link the competition for moons so we can get in on that too. All these moons have to go somewhere and if we can follow the hype we can pick up on that regardless of where this goes.
Xavier Thomas
so upvotes will forever be tied to the coin? just less so?
Jack Sullivan
Does the UNI airdrop mean anything to you? XRP had an airdrop, BSV had an airdrop, more huge tokens were airdrops - it's incredibly useful for network effect, and for decentralization.
Luke Evans
That's the Reddit bake off, they're looking for a chain to use. xDai is definitely a top competitor (especially now considering Reddit's token is already being exchanged there!). If you're bullish on xDai, you should invest in STAKE and HNY.
Regardless it shouldn't effect xMoon's price because xMoons are still exchangeable for Moons.
I don't know what to say. You're not addressing the market cap. It's just this little baby cryptocurrency. What other cryptocurrency is at a 3m valuation does more than this??? What do you think is going to happen when this hits exchanges? Reddit is a huge social media company. It's worth 3B, and that was BEFORE covid. Stop being obtuse.
Evan Miller
Where do i read mord about this stuff I can't find it on reddit
