Why doesn't Zig Forums talk about XSN more?

Stakenet seems to be the only project out there that has done major work in regards to a proper layer 2 DEX.
>No KYC
>Your keys, your funds
>Lightning swaps went from 83 pages of code to a few clicks of a button
>Simple swap update is next
>Eth integration almost done
>Working directly with the raiden team
Yet despite all the work they have done the last 2-3 years fudders sees to scream and rage while Zig Forumslets just ignore the obvious. What the fuck is wrong with this board...

Pic related. Eth integration is coming along nicely.

Probably too dumb getting rugpulled on shitcoins

It's quite sad. Recently I saw someone made an Eth TOKEN of XSN......... I hope none of the retards on here fall for it.

Because most of us already know. If the newfags can't do their own research then they don't deserve to make it.
Lol.

Because XSN has basically just been spending the last two years working on a better version of what Uniswap built in six months.
XSN will have lower fees and that will be awesome, but they are taking FOREVER to deliver and still refuse to give actual dates on the timelines for things like Raiden. It's always 'a couple build-outs away' or 'a few months' never a specific date.
IF they deliver it will be huge, but that's got to be soon not in 5 years or its not worth the opportunity cost when you could be putting your money and focus somewhere that is already up and running.

>Because XSN has basically just been spending the last two years working on a better version of what Uniswap built in six months.
Not completely wrong but I disagree. We've gotten things like TpoS, xsncloud, xsncore and finally the light wallet which has the DEX built in. Also the ledger/trezor thing should have been done ages ago but they didn't want add the signatures so x9 made a fix instead (you'll be able to stake/run masternodes on hardware wallets and the lightwallet after October 8th).
>but they are taking FOREVER to deliver and still refuse to give actual dates on the timelines for things like Raiden. It's always 'a couple build-outs away' or 'a few months' never a specific date.
This is half true. They are indeed taking forever and not giving specific release dates. But they have been delivering so far. The next update will have the simple swap feature. However I am unsure if the eth support will be the next update with the simple swap or a subsequent one.
>IF they deliver it will be huge,
Their track record looks very good. Fudders like to say POSW but that was a different team.
>but that's got to be soon not in 5 years or its not worth the opportunity cost when you could be putting your money and focus somewhere that is already up and running.
XSN is currently valued at 20cents USD, considering the marketcap of 20Million. While there are other good projects in crypto atm there is nothing that comes close in regards to what Stakenet is doing. There is no DEX competitor that is anywhere near the level of development of xsn. I would say that it is a great opportunity cost considering that we are on the mid-end terms of thing regarding the DEX.
>Simple swap coming
>Eth + tokens coming
>Working directly with the raiden team
>Hydra is still a bit out though

Checked and I forget to mention XSN explorer which was delivered.

>XSN has basically just been spending the last two years working on a better version of what Uniswap built in six months
This. Once uniswap v3 is out and people can stake their UNIs for LN and limit orders are a thing, XSN is donezo

That's not going to happen. Uniswap is on chain, it will always have onchain issues. Not to mention it is Eth only. Also how much uni governance tokens does CZ own now?

Possibly worse- I lost my money because I invested in a coin I THOUGHT was a rugpull but I was ready to bolt at the first sign of trouble, then pulled my money out at a loss after it suffered a sharp dip, but it turned out to be a whale just removing his money and the coin quickly rebounded so I was standing there.

None of that cuts it, they need a working product in terms of a fully functional DEX and they need it yesterday. If it takes them another 2 years to deliver, someone will beat them to the punch. And they can't juts not release any sort of definitive timeline, or they're going to scare people away from the token because those people will rightly say "it could be another 2 years before we see a working product".

Leverj
Plus you can use leverage

Lmao. Shitcoin roulette is a dangerous game.
>None of that cuts it,
Dude...
>they need a working product in terms of a fully functional DEX and they need it yesterday.
The DEX is very functional, have you used it? It has limit/market orders, wallet support, skins (taken off for now) and it's extremely light weight and slick. The biggest issue is most normies are to dumb t use lightning (channels + rentals) however the simple swap function will fix this.
>If it takes them another 2 years to deliver, someone will beat them to the punch
First, Eth + raiden will be completed this year, hydra will take at most 1 full year. Second, after 2 years from now where would competitors be? They would barely be close the the CURRENT stakenet, now think of where stakenet will be after 2 more years.
>And they can't juts not release any sort of definitive timeline, or they're going to scare people away from the token because those people will rightly say "it could be another 2 years before we see a working product".
I disagree with this heavily. Programming isn't magic, if they set a release date and have issues/bugs and delay it it would do more damage than good. Look at chainlink, no set release dates just work work work but Zig Forums still won't sell. If someone gets scared because a dev team prefers to work and doesn't like to give release dates until the product is near flawless I would say they don't deserve to make it.

No thanks ranjeet.

I'm happy it's quiet and I'm happy it's bleeding. Bought about 20% of another MN today at 1700 sats. I'm a wagie so it's slow getting in but I'm good, hope I can buy for 1500 next week. No rush here
Oh yeah also it's a scam please sell

Congrats. I hope you get at least 1 masternode before we moon.
>Scam
Kek.

>announcement of an announcement of an announcement
Red flag of a scam dev

>Also how much uni governance tokens does CZ own now?
This is the same tired argument cashies and satoj visions use against Bitcoin. Unless he owns over 50%, it's meaningless.

>>announcement of an announcement of an announcement
How so? It's an announcement of upcoming features not an announcement of an announcement.
Answer the question unicuck.

Definitely this.

I don't know the answer. And you don't know the answer. But logic dictates if he even had anywhere near 50% he could just ruin the project right now. Why wait?

>ponzi #8497
>doesn't work yet
>fees won't be any lower than any of the other 15 platforms that do the same thing
i dont know, but i guarantee a shillboy will call reason fud

Alright, let's say that Cz can't fuck uniswap over from this. What about the onchain issues? What about other coins than eth+tokens?
>"SCAM"
>lies
>>fees won't be any lower than any of the other 15 platforms that do the same thing
False. There is no competitor to XSN. The fees are very low and should reduce as bitcoin scales (assuming you use bitcoin, other coin fees are already low).

First the watchtowers, they are "there" but not implemented yet. Second is the 4.0.4 announcement that the retard keeps on talking about and only shows 10 seconds preview, why so short? Then this announcement about having an ETH wallet when 4.0.4 hasn't been released yet.

>what is ETH 2.0?
As the other user pointed out, it's a matter of time and the XSN team has shown again and again they simply can't hit milestones they've announced in an announcement of an announcement. I'm not saying it's a scam project but a comparison to CoinMetro from a couple years ago would be very apt.

get punched nazi

rockyeet is fucking trash

v3 is a meme

>amm
>limit orders
user, I...

>watchtowers
Are coming. I think this has to do with lightning not stakenet but not 100% sure.
>only shows 10 seconds preview
The preview is old btw, the ui has been updated among other things. It'll come when it's ready.
>this announcement about having an ETH wallet when 4.0.4 hasn't been released yet.
Good thing this team is capable of multitasking.
Kys.

>First, Eth + raiden will be completed this year, hydra will take at most 1 full year. Second, after 2 years from now where would competitors be? They would barely be close the the CURRENT stakenet, now think of where stakenet will be after 2 more years.
In two years with the kind of money the Uniswap team is making with their actually real and useful DEX they could build everything the XSN team has built to date, and more.
Opportunity cost is a real thing. And remember the background of this debate is that XSN has dropped from $0.50 to $0.19. We're not talking about "why isn't XSN getting more attention?" we're talking about "why is everyone selling their XSN?"
The answer is simple, the team is just taking way too long. If they keep dragging their feet, all these other guys who can actually deliver in reasonable timelines are going to keep eating XSN's lunch like they already have been. The very fact you're talking about how 2 years is a reasonable timeline is exactly why nobody wants to buy into this project right now.
