STEM is the only path to a middle and upper middle class life in today's economy

>get electrical engineering degree
>Not enough to get entry level job/internship
>learn to code and get a masters in computer engineering
>still not enough, cant even get a job at a sandwich shop because I'm overqualified
At this point I'm ready to embrace communism.
Andrew Anderson
i always wonder what the guy behind the camera of these unaware ass photos look like
Connor Fisher
if you're willing to move you shouldn't have trouble finding a job

Samuel Perry

>Wear skin-tight exercise whore pants that reveal every dimple and crease of your entire ass and blown out roast beef cunt
>unaware

Jaxson Stewart
lmao. i have a civil engineering degree and graduated with a 2.5 GPA. working as a power distribution engineer now making $105k 3 years out of school. a shitty personality/being ugly is why you cant get a job
Matthew Adams

Jaxon Perry

Law or business > Stem.
You just need to be a little bit smart, not complete retard. Also you don't need to do any actually difficult stuff like in stem. Just be a little bit smarter than average normie, get a business degree and make easy life. Stem is for autists.
Caleb Ramirez
middle class or upper middle class waging is still waging, just with a bigger house and nicer car. the only way to real wealth is slowly accumulating it, selling dreams, or being an actual innovator.
James King
I hate my life
Isaiah Davis
you also need to be attractive and charismatic for sales
Asher Carter
Lol this is fuckin great
William Jackson
no you don't. you just have to know what dream or hope the customer wants fulfilled and then demonstrate that their "need" will be fulfilled once they buy whatever shit it is you're shilling. don't limit yourself just because you're an ugly autist.
Luis Parker
if you're ugly and fat/skelly no one will take you seriously
Jeremiah Morgan
You don't have to do sales though. In business environment there is always need for guys who know how to handle basic excel sheets and inventories etc. Hard for normies, too easy for stem autists. It is also an alright universal degree to apply to work in some governmental offices and all kinds of administration. Easy life, easy money. The downside is that unlike in stem field the degree doesn't guide you that much into a specific career, so with more freedom to choose from it might scare you into thinking you're good for nothing.
Easton Rogers
as much as you try to make it sound as autistic as possible thats literally just pandering and being charismatic by lying and convincing that what they want will be fulfilled by you
Tyler Cox
bump
Dylan Foster
It'll get you a salary that will allow you to break into real estate so sure but your working life will be boring as shit from 18-30. Beats finance though as you can fuck off at 6pm.
William Ward
The best sales guys I know are ugly as shit - they're just also sociopaths.
Camden Phillips
well, sales is basically lying to people all day for a living, so you'd need to be a sociopath to be good at it. i cant even imagine spending an hour trying to convince old/stupid people to buy something they dont need, but then again i have emotions such as shame, lol.
Nicholas Jenkins
keep lying to yourself if it makes you feel better.
>thats literally just pandering and being charismatic by lying and convincing that what they want will be fulfilled by you
thats literally what selling is you fucking mong.
Jaxson Young
that's why you're poor. you're a sheep or a sheepdog and if you want to make it out of being a wagie you need to be the shepherd and go sheer some sheep before you sell them off to the butcher a few years later.
Isaac Perry
>Law or business > Stem.
>two most competitive and oversaturated degree programs are better than one that requires "gross things" like "math"
uh ok.
Luke Howard
it's not a lie it's my direct experience in the real world as a skelly 5'10 manlet, I am treated as a joke in the workplace. now I'm not saying manlet automatically disqualifies you since the top managers at places I've worked were manlets
Aiden Morgan
The real money is in B2B and R2R, sales guys just don't get effected by the constant rejection that comes with the job. Actual selling is fairly easy to learn - it mostly comes down to memorising good openers and using CHARM / BART systems.
Nolan Rivera
i think i'll actually just continue dollar cost averaging, working a wagie job which consists of me playing vidya/watching anime all shift, and not sell my soul to screw people grandparents out of their savings lol. you go be the sheepdog bro, get grandmas last penny and make it!
Oliver Wood
why is she presenting her butt to the public
Ethan Young
Totally depends on location. If you're a burger then yes, going into engineering is a surefire way of having a secure upper middle class existence.
If you're European though, oh boy you dun goofed. If you're in Switz/Germoney it can be ok because they'll pay out the ass for good stemcels, almost as good as US But anywhere else and the tax rates start shooting up so fast that it makes no fucking sense being an engineer when a basic office wagie earns almost as much as you.
Basically it makes no sense being an engineer unless you plan to work in US, DACH and maybe Australia.
