These H1B slaves have to actually be able to do the work. Even for the simplest tasks we end up having to redo their work. Management realized it is literally not worth the money, because they are so much worse than american-trained programmers.

Yep, I threw my CS degree into the trashcan and became an auto mechanic. The pay cut sucked, but it was so worth it. I no longer have to work with literal onions boys, dont have to deal with boomer end users, and no more dumbass random drug tests, so after a day of work I can go home and smoke a fat blunt and play vidya if I want.
