/ourguys/ will roll out a different and stainless Blockchain to use. Ripple might have been the test run; I can see legitimate arguments for that. However, Ripple has already seen various levels of exposure, from Security, to institutional bag holders, to celebrity shilling (death grip) and so much more.

It has to be a fresh Blockchain that uses a stablecoin which is matched to a pool of the metals that will be in use.
The reason so many Ripple guys got throw in to the mix is because they were successful in establishing the project.
