I just know for an absolute fact that payment disputes are the worst part of ecomm and everyone from the retailers, payment processors, sale platforms (eBay, Shopify, Amazon, etc) wants a way to accurately/quickly outsource it and take it off their hands. As it stands right now everyone loses with payment disputes due to the opportunity loss of having your funds on hold for months. Literally nobody wants to deal with it, and the people currently deciding the outcome of them are just near-minimum wage call center reps for visa, paypal, etc. This is something that a bunch of pajeets working for tokens could actually handle accurately

The costumers can dispute the company and company will dispute their shipping contractors( this happens already and the employee shipping the item is fined if it was because of negligence, or destructive behavior, if not the shipping company has an insurance to pay for it).

Kleros is a dispute layer, you enter the contract before you make a transaction with someone.
